About Justin

Justin Falb is a prominent figure in the Daytona Beach community, having made significant contributions to the area since1996. Starting his career in Hospitality Management, and transitioned to real estate in 2013, quickly rising through the ranks due to his exceptional skills and leadership abilities.

Joining Exit Beach Realty, Justin became a trainer and mentor, specializing in social media marketing and real estate best practices. His success led him to become a Broker of Record and Managing Broker for Oceans Luxury Realty in 2017, where he played a pivotal role in increasing sales volume and agent count, securing a high ranking within the Daytona Beach Area MLS.

Justin's commitment to the real estate community extended beyond brokerage duties. He served on various committees and boards within the Daytona Beach Area Association, eventually becoming President in 2023. His efforts were recognized with the title of DBAAR Realtor of the Year for 2023.

In addition to his brokerage responsibilities, Justin took on leadership roles at Keller Williams Realty Florida Partners, achieving record sales volume for the Daytona Beach Market Center in 2022. He actively participated in state and national real estate conventions, advocating for critical issues such as homeowner's insurance reform and property owner rights.

As DBAAR President, Justin demonstrated strategic vision by overseeing the hiring of a new Board CEO. In 2024, he returned to Oceans Luxury Realty as Managing Broker, eager to leverage his extensive experience and leadership skills for continued success. His dedication to excellence, growth, and community involvement solidify his position as a driving force in shaping the future of Oceans Luxury Realty.
