Maurice “Moe” Lloyd’s story is one of grit, reinvention, and unshakable drive. Long before his name echoed in stadiums as a professional football standout, Moe was already proving himself at the University of Connecticut, where he played linebacker and emerged as a leader both on and off the field. During his college years, he joined Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. - a brotherhood rooted in excellence, service, and perseverance. It’s the same fraternity that counts among its ranks legendary athletes like Michael Jordan and Shaquille O’Neal - men who, like Moe, understood that greatness is forged through hard work and heart.

A fierce competitor and respected leader, Moe made his mark in pro football with a relentless work ethic and unwavering focus. From winning championships to earning the respect of teammates and coaches alike, he carved out a legacy in sports built on dedication, discipline, and the heart of a warrior.

But Moe’s biggest victory came after the final whistle.

Transitioning from the adrenaline-fueled world of pro football to the dynamic landscape of real estate, Moe embraced a new challenge with the same passion and purpose that fueled his athletic career. He channeled his competitive spirit into mastering the market - learning the business, building relationships, and making bold moves. Today, he is a thriving real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur, helping others build wealth, create legacy, and find their own version of “home-field advantage.”

And while he’s crushing it in real estate, Moe never strayed far from the field. He continues to pour into the next generation as a coach at Mainland High School, mentoring young athletes with the same principles that carried him through his own career: heart, hustle, and high standards.
