Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Kevin made Ormond Beach his home in 1989 and has been proudly serving the community ever since. For more than 37 years, he built a reputation for integrity, leadership, and service while working for the City of Ormond Beach, retiring as Deputy Director of Public Works. His decades of experience gave him an unmatched understanding of the area's neighborhoods, infrastructure, growth, and long-term vision—knowledge that now gives his real estate clients a distinct advantage.

Kevin's commitment to the community extends far beyond his career in public service. Alongside his wife, Cheryl, he co-owned the beloved Skate & Shake Center and daycare for more than 21 years, creating countless memories for local families while overseeing the facility's hockey operations. A lifelong hockey player since the age of four, Kevin has always believed in teamwork, discipline, and bringing people together.

Today, Kevin and Cheryl continue investing in the community as co-owners of Rockefeller's Speakeasy, a popular local beer and wine bar in Ormond Beach known for its welcoming atmosphere and hometown charm.

Whether he's helping clients navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions or supporting local businesses, Kevin believes relationships always come first. His straightforward communication, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others have earned him the trust of friends, neighbors, and clients alike.

When he's not working, you'll likely find Kevin enjoying everything Florida has to offer—riding his Harley-Davidson along the coast, spending time on the boat with family, camping, fishing, relaxing at the beach or pool, or escaping to one of his favorite destinations, Isla Mujeres, Mexico.

Kevin and Cheryl are proud parents of five children and grandparents to nine wonderful grandchildren. Their home is also shared with two beloved dogs, Stella and Ocean, who are just as much a part of the family.
